About the Author: Roland T. Ramsay, Ph.D.
Dr. Ramsay's 30 years of employee selection experience have included government, private industry, and external consulting settings. He was Staff Supervisor of Employment and Placement at United States Steel Corporation and taught Organization Behavior and Administrative Action in the Graduate School of Industrial Administration, Carnegie-Mellon University. He has testified as an expert witness for plaintiffs and defendants in Title VII litigation.
Dr. Ramsay, a Diplomate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the American Board of Professional Psychology, is a licensed psychologist.
