A test of knowledge of management and supervisory skills in the following areas: Planning; Motivating; Organizing; Communicating; and Leadership.

This test contains 40 items in a multiple-choice format. In a group of 100 candidates, reliability was .77 with a mean score of 26.5, a standard deviation of 5.0, and a standard error of measurement of 2.40.

Administration Manual

Ramsay Corporation recommends one manual be added to each initial test purchase. Administration manuals generally include information about administering the test, scoring the test, and interpreting the scores. They do not include a sample copy of the test or an answer key.
