1. Review the job description.
2. Review the Knowledge & Skills List.
3. Ask the Maintenance Manager to review test items.
4. Either cross out or delete from scoring those items that are not related to your jobs, settings, process or equipment.
5. Look at applicants’ relative strengths and weaknesses, both for employment and for placement purposes.
