Alternative to ReadyMade Assessment, custom tests are useful when an employer has an unusual job or array of job activities, when tests contain questions about specific plant equipment or processes, or when the use of a validated tool is required in the selection process. Additionally, you may consider the use of a custom test when a ReadyMade test has been given repeatedly or when you worry about "practice effects" from too much familiarity with test content. Parallel alternative forms of tests may be created.
