Aptitude Tests

Aptitude Tests

Aptitude tests are indicators of person's ability to learn skilled jobs or perform successfully in training programs for such jobs. They can aid in selection of entry-level workers by measuring their common knowledge and innate ability. Mechanical aptitude tests usually measure practical knowledge in mechanics, physics, science, tools, and materials. Electrical aptitude tests measure practical knowledge in science, abstract thinking, mathematics, physics, and logic. MultiCraft aptitude tests would be a measure of both mechanical and electrical skills.

If you wish to measure specific knowledge for a particular job function please review the job skills tests under the appropriate job family (Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, etc.), on the Testing Categories menu on the left.
