Paul Kramer began his career with Ramsay Corporation in 2007 as an undergraduate
intern while attending Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, PA. He continued
with Ramsay Corporation shortly after receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology
and Neuroscience in 2008. Paul has also earned his Master of Arts degree in Research
Methodology from the University of Pittsburgh.
He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for
Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the American Statistical Association.
His primary focus is consultation with organizations regarding talent assesment
development and validation. Paul has experience with tests, structured interviews
and performance assignments. He has also done work for clients in the areas of job
analysis, statistical analysis, psychometrics, and adverse impact analysis.
