Robert Lofgren has been a consultant for Ramsay Corporation
since November 1994. After receiving his Bachelor of Science
degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Robert completed Masters
degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Research
Methodology. He earned his Doctoral degree in Psychology
in Education, with a concentration in Research Methodology.
Dr. Lofgren is a member of the American
Psychological Association and the Society for
Industrial and Organizational Psychology. His primary focus is
consultation with organizations regarding employee selection,
training, promotion, and compensation systems. Robert performs
evaluations and offers solutions or suggestions for various business
and psychometric issues. His areas of specialization include Job
Analysis, Test Development, Validation, Statistical Analysis and
writing Content Validation Reports.
